Our screening process is designed to find applicants with the right qualifications and communication skills. You give us your requirements, and we run them through our network of applicants to find exceptional talent to fit your open positions.

Step 1 

Language and Personality

When working with remote contractors, clear communication is vital. Our process starts with a thorough evaluation of both written and spoken English communication skills. In this step, we also analyze personality traits that would make an ideal candidate for the positions needed.

Step 2

In-Depth Skill Review

If a candidate meets the requirements in step 1, they move on to step 2 where we have a series of tests and evaluators who assess their technical capabilities. Every applicant who lands in your inbox will display both exceptional communication, as well as the technical expertise required for the positions you are looking to fill.

Step 3 

Live Screening

Once a candidate has passed step 2, they will meet with live Teem members who are experts in the areas you are looking to hire. This step is to assess their communication and technical expertise in a live setting.

Step 4

Test Projects

Each candidate is given a test project, which can also be shared with the hiring company, that will assess the skill level and communication skills in a real-world setting. These projects will vary in length depending on the hiring window, but will ultimately give the hiring company a clear picture of how the individual would fit on a team.
